2. Eligibility

3. Products

All products are pet grooming and care products intended for dogs and cats
We strongly recommend a patch test before full use, especially for pets with known allergies
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any veterinary condition. Consult a vet for medical concerns
Minor product variations between batches may occur

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and COD
COD orders carry an additional handling charge of &rupee;79

5. Order Acceptance

A confirmation email does not constitute final order acceptance. We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — including the Anistachio name, logo, product images, descriptions, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of Anist Ventures Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anist Ventures Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.
