Are Anistachio products safe for puppies and kittens?

Yes. All Anistachio shampoos and sprays are safe for puppies and kittens above 8 weeks of age. The formulas are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and pH balanced at 6.2–7.4 — the natural range for both dogs and cats. The Paw Balm is lick-safe once dry and safe from birth.

Can I use these products on both dogs and cats?

Yes. All Anistachio products are formulated for both dogs and cats. The pH range (6.2–7.4) is appropriate for both species. The tick repellent spray uses plant-based actives — not pyrethrins or permethrin — which makes it safe for cats, unlike many conventional tick products.

What does GMP and ISO certified mean?

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and ISO certification are quality standards applied to the manufacturing facility and process — the same standards used in pharmaceutical production. Cosmico India, our manufacturer, holds both certifications. This means consistent formulation quality, traceable ingredient sourcing, and batch-level quality control on every product.

What is the difference between the Anti-Itch Kit and the Anti-Repellent Kit?

The Anti-Itch Kit (₹499) includes the Anti-Itch Shampoo 200ml + Anti-Itch Relief Spray 100ml + Paw Balm 15ml. It is designed for dogs and cats with itchy skin, allergies, or eczema. The Anti-Repellent Kit (₹499) includes the Anti-Tick Flea Shampoo 200ml + Tick Repellent Spray 100ml + Paw Balm 15ml. It is designed for tick and flea prevention during monsoon and outdoor walks.

How often should I use the anti-tick shampoo?

We recommend bathing with the Anti-Tick Flea Shampoo every 2 to 3 weeks during tick season (June through September in India). Between baths, apply the Tick Repellent Spray before every outdoor walk. More frequent bathing can strip the coat's natural oils — so the shampoo plus daily spray is the right combination.

Is the Paw Balm safe if my pet licks it?

Yes. The Paw Balm uses shea butter, beeswax, coconut oil, neem oil, and Vitamin E — all food-grade, lick-safe ingredients. Allow it to absorb for 5 to 10 minutes before your pet walks on it for best results.

Orders and Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship pan-India. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your pin code.

How do I use the discount code ANIST10?

Add any product to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter ANIST10 in the discount code field. The 10% discount will be applied automatically to your order total.

What is your refund policy?

As hygiene products, all Anistachio items are non-returnable once opened. If you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or incomplete order, contact us at hello@anistachio.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. Email hello@anistachio.in with your order number as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
