Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges on grooming products once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
1. No-Return Policy
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products under any circumstances.
2. Refunds — When Eligible
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product — reported within 24 hours with photos
- Missing item from your order
- Defective or expired product
3. How to Raise a Refund Request
- Email anistachio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include Order ID, description of issue, and clear photos/video
- Our team will review within 2–3 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days

- Change of mind or personal preference
- Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Products purchased during sale or promotions (unless defective)
- COD orders refused at delivery without valid reason
