Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been packed or dispatched. Email anistachio@gmail.com immediately with your Order ID and the subject line “ORDER CANCELLATION”.

2. After Dispatch — No Cancellation

Once handed to our logistics partner, the order cannot be cancelled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when this happens.

3. COD Order Cancellations

For COD orders, you may refuse delivery only if the package is visibly damaged or tampered. Repeated unjustified refusals may result in your number being blocked from future COD orders.

4. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel orders in cases of: product out of stock, payment failure, incorrect/undeliverable address, or suspected fraud. Full refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund on Cancellation

Prepaid orders: Full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
COD orders: No charge at order time — nothing to refund for pre-dispatch cancellations
