1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship pan-India using Shiprocket, Delhivery, Ekart, Xpressbees, and India Post. Carrier is assigned automatically based on your pincode.

3. Delivery Timelines

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
₹49 flat shipping on prepaid orders below ₹499
₹79 COD handling charge on all Cash on Delivery orders

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with your AWB tracking number. Track your order at anistachio.com/pages/track-order.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, re-delivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses at checkout.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package within 24 hours and email anistachio@gmail.com with your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
